ABSTRACTThe purpose of this writing is to propose a frame of view, a form as the eternal world element, that is compatible with paradox within the history of ideas, modern discovery as they confront one another. Under special consideration are problems of representation of phenomena, life, the cosmos as the rational facility of mind confronts the physical/perceptual, and itself. Current topics in pursuit are near as diverse and numbered as are the possibilities for a world composed strictly o...

This review paper introduces 2DNMR pulse trains frequently used in core analysis and their applications, as well as relevant relaxation mechanisms. 2D NMR technique content of D-T2 sequence, T1-T2 sequence and 2D NMI technology which can be used to measure the property parameters of formation fluid and the physics parameters directly, such as diffusion coefficient, relaxation time, oil saturation, porosity, permeability and so on. The 2D NMR map can also be used to distinguish between oil, ga...

This document is included as a reference to describe the decisions that were made concerning the promoter size using an older version of epigenetic data from ENCODE. In this file we present the additional runs of the workflow compute\_overlaps that were performed with different parameters in order to test and decide for the best promoter region and overlap parameters.

This file contains the results from the semantic analysis with Biological Processes of the genes that were overlapping with active TSS, bivalent TSS, heterochromatin and repressed polycomb chromatin state. The annotations that we present here are uniquely characterizing each gene list (as resulted from the CPA out of the top 50 annotations).

Geranylgeranyltransferase type 1 or simply geranylgeranyltransferase is one of the three enzymes in the prenyltransferase group. In specific terms, Geranylgeranyltransferase (GGTase 1) adds a 20-carbon isoprenoid called a geranylgeranyl group to proteins bearing a CaaX motif:a four-amino acid sequence at the carboxyl terminal of a protein. Geranylgeranyltransferase inhibitors are being investigated as anti-cancer agents.
